RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals and industry trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Monitor key financial indicators, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations for optimizing financial performance.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct internal audits and implement effective internal controls to minimize financial risks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and provide recommendations to address deviations.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to meet financial obligations and support operational requirements.
  • Optimize treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions and negotiate favorable terms for loans, credit lines, and other financial services.
  • Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business development opportunities.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management in making informed decisions on pricing, contracts, investments, and acquisitions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with operational strategies.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the finance team and across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
