Job Overview:

Desired Qualifications:

- defensive driving tactics and experience
- Must be able to exercise rapid and effective decision-making during unusual situations or emergencies
- Ability to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public under urgency and pressure
- Virginia DCJS Personal Protection Specialist with advance handgun training
- Concealed Carry permit in Virginia
- Must be physically fit - to withstand frequent sitting, standing, and or walking for extended periods of time. Must have agility to move quickly on inclines and uneven terrain.

Experience:

- Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security-related roles preferred
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or related fields (EMT, TCCC, TECC)
- Familiarity with militaristic procedures and conflict management techniques
- Proficiency in surveillance methods and risk/threat assessment methodologies

Provides protective services for the principal working with a team comprised of four to ten other agents. Plans, coordinates and ensures personal protection throughout facilities, residences, off-site events, and ground transportation. Extensive logistical advance work. Maintains personal profiles and conducts risk assessments of personnel covered by protection.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Formal training under a verifiable Executive Protection Program/School highly preferred. Must have a current Virginia Dept. of Criminal Justice Services registration for Armed Personal Protection Specialist.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $500.00 - $650.00 per day
