Busy Home Health is hiring for a Intake Coordinator in our Phoenix office. Experience in Medicare Home Health is a plus!
The Intake/Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the office in a team environment through close communication and teamwork with the DON/ADON, and other relevant staff. The Intake/Staffing Coordinator offers friendly, courteous, and confidential assistance to clients. They will assist in maintaining accurate information on each client to facilitate agency encounters. SCOPE OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Knows the formal and informal agency goals, standards, policies and procedures, which may include some familiarity of other functions. Is sensitive to the interrelationship of both people and functions within the organizations.
