Row House is a boutique rowing studio that strives to give people of any fitness level an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating a supportive environment, rowing together to the beat of the music, under direction of a coach.

Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.

POSITION:

The purpose of the Fitness Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with generating leads, calling prospects to book class reservations, and selling memberships and retail in-person at the studio. They will ensure the studio is running smoothly by helping members with customer service and assisting coaches with class preparations and cleaning.

A business and/or fitness background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passionate about fitness, inclusivity
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills: in person, over the phone and through email
• Proficient using a computer and basic applications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing
• Make class reservations and confirmations for prospective members
• Manage the front desk to check-in clients and prospects as needed
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing rapport and learning about individual's fitness goals
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current and/or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
