We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who has great communication skills, excellent time management skills, is efficient in multi-tasking. Strong written and verbal communications required.
Full-time position working in the Tucson, AZ area. Your role would be handling the day-to-day operations of managing a portfolio of communities in the Homeowners Association/Condo Association industry.
Job Duties:
· Managing and administering the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of Communities (HOA’s, Condominiums, Townhomes)
· Attend Board Meetings and Annual Meetings (evening Board Meetings)
· Prepare Minutes/Board Packets for those meetings
· Prepare and understand compliance
· Understand and read financial reports
· Drafting of annual budgets
· Problem-solving issues that arise at the property
· Solicitation of bids and review of contractor proposals. General knowledge of contract negotiations
· Supervise contractors and vendors
· Provide excellent customer service communication with Board Members, Homeowners, Contractors and fellow co-workers
· Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all pertinent documents and overseeing the policies, procedures and goals of the Association through their governing documents (CCR’s, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations), budgeted expenses, certificate of insurance and vendor contracts.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
* High ethical standards, motivated and flexible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
* Be able to change direction in a second and maintain focus
* Word Processing and computer skills with Excel knowledge.
* Check in with supervisor daily to advise of any issues or concerns

Wages = TBD (experience based)

Monthly Fuel allowance
Medical Insurance (own): 50% paid towards and % to increase with commitment.
3% match for IRA.
