Position Summary :
The Assistant Site Manager supports the Property Manager in the day to day operations of the properties by addressing resident’s needs, maintaining the office and as back up to the Property
Manager in his/her absence.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications:
Basic education and experience necessary - High school diploma or general education degree
(GED ); or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as basic algebra and geometry.

Work Environment:
Typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and continuous sensitivity of co-workers in close proximity is required. The employee must be able to complete their work satisfactorily in an environment where there are significant distractions, including but not limited to staff, clients, and vendors walking through and conversing in the area, telephones ringing and conversations carrying over from cubicles or offices, interruptions to answer the telephone or to answer questions from others and occasionally this position is exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
