Olive U is growing fast and we’re hiring a General Manager for our new Wellington location to join our team! Selected candidate will train at either our Boca Raton or Palm Beach Gardens location! We are looking for candidates who will lead and be the leaders to grow with us! Olive U is opening additional locations and there are plenty of opportunities for growth! Our General Managers support our growing business, help lead, hire, train great people, and help to drive our company forward!

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Someone who knows the ins-and-outs of running a business (Food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing…you get the gist)
• Someone who can oversee the preparation of safe and delicious food and maintain a clean, neat and organized restaurant

• Previous restaurant management experience is a must

Pay: $70,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
