JL FREED HONDA is Hiring a Collision Repair Technician Near Montgomeryville, PA

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Collision Center Technician to join our team. As a Collision Center Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

WE ONLY USE OEM PARTS AND HAVE NO DRPS

We are in the business of fixing vehicles for our customers not insurance companies

Candidate must be able to restore vehicles to preloss condition with repairs being undetectable . If you are a top performer and are tired of repairing cars with aftermarket and used parts we may be the shop for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and paintwork.
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications to ensure quality repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify all damage and provide accurate estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies regarding repair processes and timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Collision Center Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using collision repair tools and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and procedures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Certification from a recognized automotive repair program is preferred.
