MACHINE OPERATOR – 2nd and 3rd Shift
We are currently recruiting for both a 2nd and 3rd Shift Machine Operator who can join our team and hit the ground running.

• 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm. 10% differential paid for 2nd shift.
• 3rd shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday: 11pm - 7:30am. 15% differential paid for 3rd shift.

Must be able to train on 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) for the first 2-3 months
Our Operators perform diversified manual and mechanical duties to fully set up and operate various types of forming, grinding and polishing machines, or perform skilled manual labor.
Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate various cutting, forming, grinding and/or polishing machines
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to make periodic inspections to ensure parts meet customer specifications
• Work closely with engineering to conduct engineering tests, assist in new product development and troubleshoot process problems
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment. 
• Read and interpret routing sheets and blueprints to determine required operations and other product specifications
• other similar duties as directed.

Required Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will be goal oriented, focused and patient, positively handling and addressing challenges and possess the following experience and talents:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Solid track record of stable work history
• 3 years of related machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience with cut-off saw, blanchard, bandsaw, and ID Saw a plus
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, specifically calipers and micrometers
• Ability to read drawings / blueprints 
• REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Results Driven, Solution Focus, Customer Focus, Team Building, Curious and Innovative
• English language competency (speaking, comprehension, reading and writing) commensurate with the duties visual acuity to prints/plans and product details as well as machine details,
• Physical ability, to lift, move and carry various weights up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and 9-panel drug test.

All new hires for this position are initially placed with CoWorx Staffing Agency for a minimum period of 3 months prior to hire by Incom.
