OMAC USA Inc. is Hiring a Customer Service Agent Near Houston, TX

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products and services. SPANISH IS REQUIRED.

Duties:

- Answer incoming customer emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Fluency in English; in Spanish is A MUST.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
