Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Termite Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings and premises for signs of termites, treating properties, fixing some damages, and educating customers on pest prevention methods.

Pay:

Duties:
- Conduct inspections of infested areas to identify pests and their source
- Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
- Apply pesticides in and around buildings according to safety regulations
- Set traps and seal entry points to prevent pests from returning
- Educate customers on how to prevent future pest infestations
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations

Skills:

- Construction Knowledge ( How a house is constructed )
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of landscape and lawn care practices
- Sales skills to promote additional services or products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
