The office manager is a pivotal member of the team and helps ensure the office runs smoothly, customer service goals are met, and provides administrative support to the advisors. Job responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: supervising staff, managing budgets, loads of top-notch customer service, calendar management, ensuring regulatory compliance, helping prepare reports, and some HR functions. Ideal candidates will have an exceptional eye for detail, strong communication skills, strong organizational skills and poised, polished and professional.
