McGill Environmental Systems, a national leader in sustainability through composting, organics recycling and soils manufacturing, is currently seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment efforts to include job postings, interviewing, pre-employment screening, etc. for multiple facilities.
- HR policy administration including leave policies, workers' compensation, etc.
- Employee onboarding and training
- Various HR projects
Qualifications include:
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
- HRCI / SHRM Certification preferred, or willingness to attain.
- 2 years of human resources experience.
- Highly skilled written and verbal communications.
- Proficiency in MS office products including word, excel, and powerpoint.
