Overview
This position requires strong customer service skills, a friendly disposition and a team first attitude. This person will assist the Mechandise Manager in the overall operation of the registration desk, the retail sales floor and deliver exceptional customer service to members and their guests.
Experience Required
Having general golf knowledge or previous pro shop experience.
Essential Responsibilities
Handling of the registration desk for member and guest check in.
Answering the phone.
Assist with stocking, displaying and rearranging of merchandise.
Communicate with starter, rangers and bag staff with member service needs.
Open and close out the point of sale systems.
Prepare Pro Shop for the next day.
Assist the Merchandise Manager with monthly inventory counts.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
