Proofreaders/Copy Passers provide quality control to ensure adherence to client-specific style standards. This role is responsible for reviewing print and digital advertisements for errors such as spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and grammar. In addition, this role will support customers via incoming calls and emails when needed.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong quality, clerical and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
• Excellent computer skills capable of using multiple computer systems
• Strong typing skills (40 WPM)
• Experience in a call center environment is beneficial
• Must be available to work weekends

All new employees will train and work onsite for the first 90 days of employment with floor support. Following this, each employee will be evaluated for potential hybrid deployment. Once approved for hybrid, the schedule will include both remote and in-office days.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.25 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
