Position Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Southeast Behavioral Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in your community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays.
  • Implementing behavior plans and individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Maintaining open communication with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective delivery of treatment.
  • Participating in team meetings, client observations, and parent training sessions as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate data and session notes to track client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Fun, energetic, patient, and kind.
  • Enjoys working with kids!
  • Current RBT Certification is a plus but not required (paid training provided).
  • Prior experience with special needs is advantageous.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to move quickly with children to ensure safety.
