Voice of the Customer - Use tools and knowledge of the trades to ensure a smooth process for our customers

Must Speak English & Spanish fluently3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center (Sales environment a plus). We can train you on our business, but you must bring the tangible skills to work with customers.
High School Diploma or GED.
Type 35 WPM or more.
Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.
Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Service Titan and Five9 Experience a plus
