We are seeking a creative and skilled Vegan Mixologist to join our team and lead our beverage program with an innovative approach to mixology.

As a Vegan Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting a diverse range of vegan cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks that align with our plant-based ethos.

Your role will involve developing unique recipes, sourcing quality ingredients, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Recipe Development : Create and refine a menu of vegan-friendly cocktails and mocktails that showcase creativity, flavor, and presentation.

Ingredient Sourcing : Identify and procure high-quality vegan spirits, liqueurs, syrups, and fresh ingredients for use in cocktail preparation.

Menu Curation : Collaborate with management to design seasonal and specialty drink menus that highlight sustainable and locally-sourced ingredients.

Customer Engagement : Interact with customers to understand preferences and provide recommendations while ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Training and Education : Educate staff on vegan mixology techniques, ingredient knowledge, and drink preparation to maintain consistency and quality.

Bar Operations : Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Innovation and Trends : Stay informed about current trends in vegan mixology and beverage culture to continuously evolve offerings and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender with a strong focus on vegan cocktails.
• Deep understanding of vegan ingredients and their applications in mixology.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, flavor combinations, and drink presentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
