*Responsibilities for Skilled Nursing performed by (RNs and LPNs)

• In Home Skilled Nursing Care (RN/LPN) involves all client's care - the needs of our client's range from medication administration, g-tube feeding, seizure monitoring and management, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and infusion nursing services - *We train you on each individual client to ensure your competency in his/her care
• One-on-one care - in home skilled nursing care following the client's plan of care
• Provide all client care in a manner that reflects respect for client rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs
• Assess client's physical, psychological, and social needs
• Documentation of client's care including assessments and narrative of care provided
• Support client and client's family in educating them on client's care and changes in client's condition

Qualifications -· Must possess a current, valid RN or LPN North Carolina license

• Certification in CPR
• Trach and Vent Experience preferred but will train
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
• Dedicated to provide the best client care possible
