We have an immediate need for an LPN or RN to work with a pediatric (infant) male in the Arden area. 12 hr shift 7a - 7p M - F. This is a Spanish speaking family so a Spanish speaking Nurse would be a huge benefit for the family to help with communication barriers.

Responsibilities for Skilled Nursing performed by (RNs and LPNs)

· In Home Skilled Nursing Care (RN/LPN) involves all client's care - the needs of our client's range from medication administration, g-tube feeding, seizure monitoring and management, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and infusion nursing services - We train you on each individual client to ensure your competency in his/her care

· One-on-one care - in home skilled nursing care following the client's plan of care

· Provide all client care in a manner that reflects respect for client rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, and expressed needs

· Assess client's physical, psychological, and social needs

· Documentation of client's care including assessments and narrative of care provided

· Support client and client's family in educating them on client's care and changes in client's condition

Qualifications -

· Must possess a current, valid RN or LPN North Carolina license

· Certification in CPR

· Trach and Vent Experience preferred but will train

· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

· Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times

· Dedicated to provide the best client care possible
