Warehouse Manager

40 hours per week

Monday – Thursday 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm (normal hours)

Friday – 6 : 00am – 12 : 00pm (as needed)

Starting Payrate 18.00

Candidate should have a strong work ethic and attendance history.

Education

high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications / Skills / Experience :

• Warehouse experience is a plus
• Leadership skills, and effective communication skills, time management and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push 50-75lbs., stand, bend, squat, kneel or reach throughout the shift
• Ability to use barcode scanners, basic computers skills such as outlook and excel are a plus

• Manage warehouse, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner
• Identifying and verifying parts
• Mark and label containers, container tags, or products
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.
• Remove defective products or materials
• Reporting inventory shortages
• Other duties as instructed by supervisor

Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to hot / cold temperatures, and concrete floors.
