Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is Hiring a Clinical Manager Near Mount Vernon, IN

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager for our Posey County Office. This position will coordinate and manage clinical outpatient services with the core objective of ensuring continuous standards of excellence in client care. The Clinical Supervisor requires the ability to serve in a capacity of supervisor, facilitator, coach and teacher.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
  • Monitor the quality of services provided through chart reviews, record management, and individual supervision meetings.
  • Monitor staff productivity to ensure compliance with agency expectations.
  • Supervise support staff to ensure efficient and accurate record management as well as excellent customer service to clients and other staff.
  • Coordinate Assignment of client cases and monitor caseloads.
  • Facilitate client care monitoring process.
  • Coordinate with the director to complete performance reviews of all staff and provide ongoing feedback regarding performance.
  • Demonstrate clinical competency, leadership, and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
  • Communicate effectively with staff through individual meetings, written communication, and staff meetings.
  • Maintain a standard of excellence involving continually seeking opportunities to improve workflow and quality of client care and treatment.
  • Provide clinical services including assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy, etc. to clients with a productivity expectation of 50 hours per month.
  • Communicate with Director regarding program needs, issues, and staff concerns.
  • Coordinate supervision and guidance to students assigned to their location.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
  • Master’s degree with LCSW required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of clinical mental health experience, primarily in outpatient services, working with a wide range of client diagnoses.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
