Gravure Ink, a Patrick Industries company, is hiring an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join our Team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the plant floor while increasing production and revenue. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, reports, and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic plans.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Production Manager will focus on the day-to-day manufacturing operations for the growing facility. Through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives you will develop and support your team.
