Job Title: Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive sales within the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a deep understanding of food distribution dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the food industry.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the food distribution sector.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of Beef, Pork and Poultry a plus.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
