Axiom Builders’ brand new project in Nashville is gearing up to start and our leadership team is looking for a Construction Safety Specialist to join our project team in Tennessee. Developed by IPB Properties, this unique project is a triple-tower mixed-use project at the former dairy factory in Midtown. Currently, phase 1 consists of a residential tower of 325 rentals, including 17,000 sqft of distinctive amenities and 14,500 sq ft of commercial space. Reporting to the Site Superintendent and Project Manager, the Construction Safety Specialist is someone who has the ability to manage the night-time safety operations of a high-rise construction site.
Key Responsibilities
At Axiom Builders, we are looking for long-term team fit and values alignment with expertise and passion in each person’s specialized trade. The Construction Safety Specialist is self-managed, understanding how to prioritize the different safety aspects of a construction site. Because the project is just getting started, the ideal candidate has the opportunity to build relationships and gain buy-in with future team members while establishing safety procedures early in the project schedule.
