Axiom Builders is a commercial and residential construction company. Axiom Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We have more than 15 years of experience with custom home remodeling and additions in the Dallas area. We manage projects from custom new build construction to commercial and residential remodel.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Construction Manager to efficiently manage remodel or custom build projects in a fast moving environment. This will require extensive communication with the clients, internal team members and external consulting engineers, subtrades and suppliers as well as using our construction software.

Responsibilities include:

· Responsible for communication with potential leads and current clients.

· Responsible for managing the construction process which includes scheduling meetings, correspondence, coordinating trades and developing scopes of work.

· Provide excellent follow up throughout the project.

· Experience with managing projects including budgets, scheduling, timeline and ensuring compliance with City/State codes.

· Assist clients with concerns as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
