Manager, Patient Enrollment (Outbound Telesales) - Job Description

Overview

HealthXL provides Virtual Care Services (VCS) under the guidelines of Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. The role of Manager, Patient Enrollment (MPE) requires the ability to lead and maximize enrollment of new patients in VCS programs. This full time, Tampa, FL based hybrid position reports via a matrix structure to the Director of Sales and Director, Program Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on maximizing eligible patient contact, education, and consent
  • Trains, and manages Enrollment Specialists (ESs), and Onsite Enrollment Coordinators (OECs), to meet new patient enrollment objectives
  • Monitors phone calls (live and recorded), providing coaching and training on call handling technique and effectiveness
  • Continually monitors and responds to ES balance of call quantity versus quality, and counsels accordingly
  • Meets with team and individuals daily, weekly, and monthly to inspire exemplary performance
  • Utilizes metrics/KPIs to monitor and respond to day-to-day achievement of individual and team-based performance goals.
  • Reviews daily production volume data and adjusts resources and tactics as necessary
  • Incorporates performance rankings, contests, spiffs, etc. to promote enthusiasm, fun, competitiveness and goal orientation
  • Maintains accurate data to support campaign scheduling, staff capacity planning, activity levels, and KPIs
  • Documents performance issues, develops corrective action plans, delivers performance counseling, appraisals and disciplinary actions
  • Provides required reporting to management on performance versus plan
  • Achieves high team morale, resulting in low staff turnover
  • Supports the Vision, Mission, and Values of HealthXL

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates iCARE values: Integrity, Growth, Excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in telesales desired, or transferrable selling background
  • Displays high energy, high initiative, goal orientation, and leadership by example
  • Ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple competing priorities, while meeting objectives and deadlines
  • Ability to motivate staff in reaching performance expectations
  • A quick study on business software applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Organized, with ability to interpret and apply analytics to processes
