Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for those requiring personal care services. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Support individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, eating, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Assist with behavior management techniques for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
