Job Summary:
ICPK Corporation is a leading food and beverage manufacturing facility located in Southern California. We are seeking quality sales professionals or recent college graduates with the ability to contribute at a high level alongside our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and strategic sales techniques

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Analyze sales data and trends to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands while achieving consistent sales growth within the territory
• Promote products ethically and within compliance based on company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings
• Complete customer paperwork and enter sales orders.

Experience:
- Proven experience in account management .
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
- Previous experience in technology or technical sales is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
