LeMans Corporation, the leading global distributor of motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV/UTV and personal watercraft parts and accessories headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin has an immediate opening for Part Time Warehouse Packers

Overview

The Packer is responsible for ensuring the order is accurate and packing it for shipping.

Essential Functions

• Packs parts for customer orders, maintaining the established processes for good practices
• Maintains orderly housekeeping of assigned area
• Adheres to all company safety rules and regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned and/or needed

Non-essential functions

• Cover other positions as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1 year experience in warehouse/Distribution Center environment preferred
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift
• Ability to climb stairs
• Experience using a hand held RF scanner
• REQUIRED SHIFT 3pm-7pm Monday through Wednesday , possibility of working Thursday and Friday if desired & needed..

Employees are encouraged to use good judgment with heavy or bulky packages. Warehouse rules require employees to seek help with heavy or bulky packages exceeding 55 lbs.; package size must be a consideration when deciding help is needed.

• Must be able to move up to 80 pounds
• Must be able to reach a maximum height of 6 feet
• Must be able to handle a 2lb handheld device
• Must be able to move about inside the warehouse
• Must be able to communicate verbally and written
• Must be able to read from a screen
