The Executive Director is in a Leadership position at the highest level. The Executive Director will oversee and be responsible for all our Residents, Employees, and the day-to-day operations within the Community. Our Executive Directors will have the all the Support they need from ownership to be successful and accomplished in this position.

Executive Director Job Duties include:

• Oversees daily operations to ensure Residents, Staff and Family Members are getting loving care and support at the highest level.
• Update and Review policies.
• Work with Staff to help them grow and prosper in their roles.
• Responsible for policy and procedures for the Community
• Conduct or oversee in-service and supervisory training meetings.
• Collaborate with department heads regarding operations and external relationships.
• Maintain and expand relationships with community hospitals, short term rehabilitation communities, senior referral agencies and others within the Community to build and expand our network.
• Maintain and build relationships with potential future residents including direct contacts, referral sources and other third-party sources.
• Conduct tours and be responsible for the sales process for new residents.
• Maintain strong personnel relations and employee morale, maintaining the family atmosphere throughout our community.
