Olympic Plumbing Technology is currently hiring for a part-time Plumbing Customer Care Specialist to take customer phone calls in the Olympia, WA area. This part-time customer service position earns a competitive wage of $18-$22/hour, based on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This customer service position is part-time and has a flexible schedule, but typically works morning shifts.

As a Plumbing Customer Care Specialist, you help create a positive experience for our customers. You speak to our clients, answering their questions and addressing any complaints. When there are incoming phone calls, you answer them cheerfully. You speak with current and potential clients about their needs and book service appointments according to the schedules of our technicians. As you schedule appointments, you keep an open line of communication with our plumbers. You love working directly with our clients and take pride in the top-notch customer service you provide!
