Pay range $41,000-57,000 depending on experience

BBH is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Coordinator to join our team. The BBH Crisis Stabilization Coordinator focuses on engaging in follow-up services with clients who have recently received a mobile response from the crisis team. This position assists in coordinating access to treatment and timely follow-up. This role requires collaboration with internal and external providers, community stake holders, family systems, and various other entities as needed.
