San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.

We are currently hiring an RN. The patient lives in Pearsall Texas. He is 13 years old and receives medications and feedings via GB. He also has seizures and asthma. Hoyer lift available in the home. The patient does not attend school, as he is homebound. Hours are Monday-Friday 7a-6p (MOC is flexible with shifts)

We do offer thorough training! New Grads are welcome!

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
• Patient assessments
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training of family members

New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply! If you do not have pediatric experience we WILL TRAIN YOU!
