San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.

We are currently hiring an RN or LVN for a New Patient needing Immediate coverage. Located in 78251. Available Shifts are M-F 10a-8p and Saturdays 10a-6p. She is a 19 y/o female with a G-tube, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, Electric Hoyer Lift in the home for all transfers. She receives G-tube bolus feedings, bolus water, and medications.

We do offer thorough training! New Grads are welcome!

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
• Patient assessments
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training of family members

New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply! If you do not have pediatric experience we WILL TRAIN YOU!
