Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and attract new customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with catering, food production, coffee, hotel, banquet, assistant manager, or bartending is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
