Job Summary

The Tamaroff Group is searching for an F&I Manager at Tamaroff Motors in Southfield, MI! You will be responsible for the financial and insurance aspects of the vehicle sales. You will work closely with the sales team to offer financing options and insurance products to customers, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Offer financing options to customers and work with them to secure appropriate loans and rates.
• Sell insurance products and extended warranties to customers to ensure protection for their new vehicle.
• Manage all aspects of the F&I process, including completing paperwork, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit units, and other financial institutions to secure competitive rates for customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand and meet customer needs and sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth F&I process.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Any other duties assigned by management. 

Requirements

• Previous experience in Automotive F&I required.
• Thorough understanding of financing and insurance products.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing F&I processes.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success in building relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Ability to use sales and customer relation software applications.
