Powerstone Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a large on-site condominium community in Chatsworth under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Job duties include handy man work, light carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Confer daily with the Maintenance Supervisor on completed and assigned work orders.
• Attend and participate in safety and staff meetings and submit suggestions on work related issues.
• Operate equipment and tools as required and secure equipment at the end of each day.
• Act as a back-up and perform duties of janitorial person in their absence.
• Work with the General Manager and Assistant G.M. on other duties/projects assigned.
• Must speak English, English and Spanish a plus.
• A responsible and reliable self-starter who requires limited supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and successfully complete all projects within deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, vendors and residents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
