Job Title: Substitute Coordinator
Job Status: Part-Time, 10 Months

Reports to: Director of Curriculum and Instruction

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Substitute Coordinator is to ensure the timely placement of
substitute teachers into the classroom and to provide general administrative support as needed.

Essential Job Functions
Regular Activities

• Responds to a variety of inquiries/requests for substitute teachers from faculty
• Manages Substitute iPad program
• Coordinates and ensures all classes are covered in a timely manner
• Maintains teacher substitutions log

Qualifications
Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
