Job Description
We are on the search for a new Customer Support Representative who has exceptional customer service skills. Customer support representatives at Stukent are patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with a team of support representatives in providing technical support to high schools, higher education institutions, and corporate training clients
- Reading, researching, and understanding incoming email tickets to respond efficiently and effectively
- Answer phone calls in a professional and personable way, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in a resolution
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal employees and external clients
- Understand, document, and resolve issues from escalated communications for immediate support and escalation for permanent solutions
- Actively learn and become acquainted with Stukent's various products
- Preferred 2 years of experience in the customer service field
- Patience and professionalism with frustrated customers
- Mature communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintaining calm and mental clarity in stressful situations
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Drive
- Organizational skills in multichannel communication
