Our Green Valley Marketplace in Elkridge, MD is seeking an experienced Shift Manager or Closing Manager to join our Team as a Closing Manager.

The Closing Manager will support the Store Manager and other Managers with the daily operations. This position will assist with implementing plans to ensure customer confidence and loyalty by promoting and executing consistent operating conditions, providing fresh and appealing product, providing courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service and a friendly atmosphere.

• Must possess sound written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
• Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple priorities and solve problems with certainty.
• 2 year’s supermarket managerial experience and operational expertise in a high-volume supermarket environment.
• High School diploma
• Flexibility with regards to schedule and travel (Weekends and Holidays are necessary)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Database) applications

Compensation is Commensurate with Experience
