SCHEDULE:
Primarily Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Requires occasional hours outside the normally defined workday or workweek, including weekends and/or holidays.

The Recreation Aide in Independent Living plays an instrumental role in ensuring that all residents, family members, and guests receive the excellent customer service and positive interactions that are standard for Independent Living and campus wide at Hartsfield Village. They support the Director by assisting and coordinating various activities for the residents and assisting where needed.
The Recreation Aide provides exceptional interactions with each person they come into contact with throughout the day. They have a sincere passion for working with the senior population. They are vital to maintaining our commitment and responsibility to provide high quality care and an enjoyable day to day life to the residents of Hartsfield Village.
Seeking individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to provide high quality care to those who need it most. Must be understanding, empathetic, supportive, and helpful. Looking for someone who can maintain a professional and honest demeanor at all times and proudly represent the Community’s concept of Senior Living.
