Vaden Automotive is seeking a dynamic and results-driven bilingual Automotive Sales Manager to join our team!

· Bilingual Automotive Sales Manager

· Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
