We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Human Resources Director to join our team. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
