**Description**

Maintains flexible, feasible and efficient transportation schedules for all vehicles

Coordinates daily schedules to assure efficient transporting of children/families to various appointments from varied locations statewide

Maintains open line of communication with transportation and office staff, including case manager or family support worker

Effectively resolves scheduling conflicts

Assists in covering transports if/when needed

Monitors agency car utilization and fleet management

Familiar with atlas and map usage to assure best use of resources

Verifies necessary transportation and move forms are complete

Monitors transports to ensure client transports were timely and accurate

Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms

Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures

Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels

Ensures clients rights are protected

Other duties as assigned by the agency
