**Marketing Assistant Manager**

**Job Summary**

LINE FRIENDS America is looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant Manager who will develop and drive marketing strategy and campaigns to support the growth of LINE FRIENDS in the Americas.

**Major Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion for key initiatives

* Manage day-to-day campaign execution and ensure plan details are shared with the broader team

* Manage all integrated marketing communication efforts in partnership with cross-functional teams

* Review, manage and contribute to marketing content distribution such as press releases, website content, social media, etc., based on the brand communication guidelines

* Analyze consumer, competitive and industry trends to understand the market landscape, and identify and develop new opportunities for the company and its IPs

* Create reports/presentations that effectively communicate status and performance of partnerships to all levels of the organization

* Perform other marketing & partnership-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Minimum of a bachelors degree

* 5 years of professional marketing experience

* Experience in brand/retail/content/partnership marketing

* Solid hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution

* Experience in entertainment and/or character licensing industry is a plus

* Fluency in Korean is preferred but not required

* Strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners

* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and project management skills

* Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

* Highly proficient in MS Office programs

* Self-motivated, resourceful, "can-do" attitude

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America

* Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
