**E-Commerce Assistant Manager**

**Major Responsibilities**

* Managing online sales operations

* Planning seasonal promotion

* Maintaining and ordering supplies for retail business

* Managing product orders, products deliveries for online business

* Managing general admin works

* Managing company ERP system works using SAP

* Managing monthly revenue closing

* Managing stock management

* Able to handle a workload that may involve critical deadlines

* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Minimum of a bachelors degree

* 2 years of professional experience

* Fluency in Korean is mandatory

* Strong ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners

* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and project management skills

* Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

* Highly proficient in MS Office programs

* Self-motivated, resourceful, "can-do" attitude

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America

* Must be able to travel domestically and internationally
