Essential Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and track employee attendance
Quality Management System - order entry, order tracking, & processing
Purchase forecasting - Monitoring inventory and ordering items when necessary
Daily order entry – communication from clients Maintain excel report(s) daily – email to client(s) & internal team(s)
Updating order dates
Updating tracking reports daily
Ability to track/monitor progress of orders
Maintain communication with vendors
Email / Verbal communication with vendors, and internal team
Moderate – High level of communication
Provide excellent communication to vendors & internal team(s)
Manage reporting documents & transactions utilizing company's inventory system along with Microsoft Office.
Experience/ Skills Requirements
