Reporting to the SVP Global Operations, as the Senior Director, Operations - Engineering Integration, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our technical operations across various departments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of manufacturing engineers, industrial engineers, and process engineers to support all production processes. The goal is to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities, optimize production workflows, and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team and collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, drawing upon your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

These responsibilities require a leader who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong managerial and strategic planning skills. The Senior Director, Operations - Engineering Integration will be instrumental in driving FormFactor's success in the semiconductor testing industry.

The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $213,800 and $280,560. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
