Service Coordinator

Successful Service Coordinator for KVAL Inc includes directly assisting customers, providing phone and email support in a timely and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries, schedule technicians, process orders and quotes. Must possess excellent communication and listening skills, attention to detail, accuracy and high organization abilities.

Essential Functions

• Answering client’s phone calls, emails and routing calls to various dept.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Create and maintain Service Calendar and Service Tickets via SalesForce
• Updating machine information and location via Epicor.
• Updating technician's timesheet as needed.
• Booking flights, rental car and hotel for technicians.
• Keeping track of funding/Per Diem via Excel sheet on a weekly basis.
• Respond to customers with overall service or maintenance inquires in a timely manner
• Process orders, provides pricing, product and delivery information
• Maintain and or generate management reports (knowledge in Profit/Loss and Gross Margins a plus)
• Support Technician on the road
• Assist and perform miscellaneous duties, special projects as assigned
• Prepare invoicing for syncing and sending to customers

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma and college is a plus

Preferred Experience

• 2 or more years of experience with customers in a servicing support role
• Multi-task oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain happy and satisfied customers, have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Good work ethic, patience, dependability, teamwork, leadership, communication/people skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and invoicing software is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in Salesforce Service Platform a Plus
